Cancellation Policy

We may cancel a transaction if the product is not available. Customers will be notified via email and will be informed on possible cancellation and refund procedures once cancellation has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at anytime due to the following reasons:

• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
• Transaction is not in accordance with our terms and conditions.
• Delivery cannot be performed for any reason beyond our control which includes but not limited to logistics related difficulties and unforeseen circumstances.
